Raw stuff and materials
There is always a window square log of at least 500 m2 at the disposal of the factory. Raw stuff undergoes several stages of radiological and sanitary control.
Each stage of production is carefully controlled by technologists to avoid the likelihood of defects and to achieve better quality of finished objects.
Technology
Wooden windows production at the MIRT factory has a closed cycle that begins with sawing timber for the further manufacture of window square logs and ends with the installation of window framework and after-sales service.
The production workshops are equipped with the best high-tech Italian and German equipment allowing to achieve high quality and better operational characteristics of windows.
Setting a workshop for windows manufacture from a wooden square log, we have not betrayed our principles and have equipped it at a the state-of-the-art level. For this purpose, the most advanced three-axis machine Homag was purchased.
Our equipment allows us to make a window of any design and complexity according to the client’s wishes. It may be arched one, gothic, with curved frame and casements, with carved elements or shaping.
Orientation to the closed production cycle has led us to transition to own manufacture of wooden square log for window frameworks. This has allowed to optimize production processes and further control the quality of final products.
For finishing emplacements, we choose only high-quality and proven accessories, such as Roto, GU, Simonswerk, Gutmann, Dorma and German paints and varnishes by the Remmers company, which have already successfully proven themselves in long-term operation.
The uniqueness of MIRT windows production lies in manufacturing of windows of 106 mm wooden profile, as well as wood-aluminum windows whose thickness reaches up to 124 mm. In addition, it is possible to install four-pane glass windows up to 78 mm thick. MIRT windows are a reliability that accompanies you throughout every season.
