Creation idea
Three-storey house with a basement of 1800 sq. m. Our architects and designers were faced with the task of creating a luxurious classic interior with a mood of lightness and airiness but without overloading the spaces with heavy decor and excessive pomposity.
Design
The residence has a classic layout with public areas below and private areas above. The main element of the guest space is a luxurious spacious living room symbolically divided into a recreation area with a fireplace and a dining area for 12 persons. The living room walls are decorated with wooden boiserie of a light pearl shade and additionally are decorated with carved and gilded pilasters. Freestanding furniture is made of dark wood with gilding emphases.
Bedrooms
Each bedroom on the second floor has its own color scheme designed in light nude shades.
Study
Here is a strict classic-style study design. Boiserie, built-in and free-standing furniture are made of natural wood.
Third floor
Third-floor rooms interiors differ significantly from the rest of the house. Dark shades of wood were preferred for decoration here, with backup of rich complex colors in textiles.
Kitchens
Here are two kitchens. The one is delicate and the other is bright, but both are impeccably refined. The main emphasis here is natural wood of valuable species, as well as natural stone.
In addition to technical rooms, there are various recreation rooms, such as hammam, sauna, swimming pool, billiard room and gym in the basement floor.
Bathrooms
Natural beauty is characterized by special magic and luxury, and marble with its abundance of colors and outlandish patterns is generously rewarded by nature. Marble finishes richness, exquisite carvings of furniture products and abundance of gilding are all the part of elegant interiors of these bathrooms.
Interior design concept
To implement this concept, the project authors have used the entire arsenal of classic techniques, such as marble glossy surfaces on the floor and walls, plaster stucco decoration, decorative plasters, natural wood abundance, modular parquetry, pieces of furniture created by the masters of our furniture factory. All these details are combined into a grandiose canvas in elegant classic style. Lamps, fabrics for decorating windows and walls and various carpets were selected separately and very scrupulously, which is important for making an interior sophisticated and complete.
