Oriental style in a bedroom
East is a delicate matter. Such was an approach we used creating this interior. Light calm shades of beige and lilac were chosen for the room. They harmoniously combine with characteristically oriental luxurious gilding on joinery, ceiling and decor.
The wall at the head of the bed is decorated with an openwork domelike recession where, against the background of reflecting surface, there is the finest openwork shaping. Massive furniture made of natural wood has smooth and quite elegant forms luxuriously decorated with flutings with gilded carvings.
An integral part of an eastern interior is luxurious textiles presented in many details. The windows are decorated with light flowing curtains, and there is a soft silk bedspread and many decorative pillows on the bed.
