Eased French classic
This three-storey house with an area of 330 sq. m. was originally conceived for two spouses who prefer a sophisticated classic interior.
Our designers joined the project
when the house was built and the layout was approved.
The house has a traditional layout with spacious open-to-below space including a staircase hall and a balcony on the second floor.
Ground floor
There are main living quarters for the house owners on the ground floor. The central room on the ground floor is large open-to-below living room with tiled fireplace and dining table.
Dining room
There is functional cooking area with breakfast bar next to the dining area. Large windows along the perimeter of the room and stained glass doors fill the space with soft natural light.
Study
The master's study is located on the same floor. It adjoins the bedroom, dressing room and bathroom.
This classical men's study is made using dark wood. The boiserie and furniture are decorated with rare golden arbutus root veneer with exquisite inlay. Beautiful stained glass windows in the bay with rest area create cozy atmosphere.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom using pale white and beige palette is located on the ground floor. The walls are decorated with ornate boiserie and light silk wallpaper. The headboard and bedside tables are decorated with exquisite handmade carvings.
Guest bedrooms
The guest bedrooms with wardrobes occupy a separate block and are connected by a separate bathroom. This bedroom interior is made in classic style common for the house. There are light wooden boiserie with beautiful small-pattern wallpaper on the walls.
Guest bedroom #2
The second guest bedroom interior is decorated in noble pearl tones. There is a light wooden boiserie with graceful carved pilasters on the walls. The furniture is decorated with gilded carvings.
Living room – movie hall
This is cozy living room with movie hall. The whole family can gather here to watch a movie together. It is decorated using light color scheme with natural wood in the wall panels and all furniture. Floral ornaments in textile decor and wall paintings add a special charm to the living room.
Dressing room
Ivory-colored furniture is custom made according to the designer's sketches and additionally decorated with patina. The wardrobes are divided into convenient functional storage compartments.
Bathrooms
The basement shower room is finished in noble pearl shades creating a spectacular look thanks to the beautiful stained glass inserts and gilded furniture carvings.
The bathroom that belongs to the guest bedrooms on the second floor is made in classic style with many elegant unusual details. The ivory-colored furniture is decorated with exquisite gilded carvings.
Interior
The house interior is made in modern classic style with elements of French style with light pastel color scheme. The main material is natural ivory-painted wood.
Fine furniture, boiserie and elegant pilasters are decorated with carved details and covered with gold leaf. Elegant wallpapers and classic-style textiles add sophistication to the rooms.
Windows, doors and even ceilings are decorated with stained glass that gives uniqueness and indicates refined taste of the customer.
